Grandview, MO House for Sale - Adjacent to Highgrove Rd.
This Sycamore Ave. rehab is quickly taking shape. We’ve completed exterior painting, interior demo, and are close to finishing the plumbing. The before and progress photos show the major improvements already underway. More updates coming soon as we continue rebuilding with a focus on quality and long-term value.
Project Timeline:
11/22/25 - Getting electrical done in the next few days. Plumbing should be done any day now.
11/19/25 - Exterior painting is complete! Right in time for the cold weather, thankfully.
11/15/25 - Closed on property. Began getting quotes from local Kansas City contractors.
Emerson Manor Apartments - Kansas City Apartment Building Rehab
In 2006, we partnered with Kansas City officials to renovate all 60 units at Emerson Manor Apartments right off Linwood Blvd., upgrading interiors with state-of-the-art features like tankless water heaters to maximize floorspace while modernizing the property for long-term efficiency, safety, and comfort.
